Salary Range: $100-$110k/year plus Bonus
Job Summary
Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Complex Director of Sales to join their team. In this role, you will be working for DOS that is responsible for keeping our event spaces booked out with clients who love the gorgeous spaces. You will also ensure that guests and clients have a fantastic experience while they plan, experience, and attend their events. You will stay abreast of industry trends in order to bring creative new ideas to the groups booking events. You will also maintain the team's contact and client management system, represent at clients events/meetings, assist in deal negotiations and ongoing account management for designated small accounts, lead local ad sales partnerships and other marketing initiatives, and support contractual compliance monitoring and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
5+ years successful track record of sales experience in the hospitality space
Proficient in all basic Microsoft office applications
Excellent communication skills
Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented, collaborative team player
