Our client is seeking a dedicated Hotel General Manager to lead their full-service hotel to new heights of excellence. Responsibilities:
As Hotel General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success of the hotel. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

2. **Guest Satisfaction:** Continuously driving service scores and guest satisfaction by monitoring and improving all aspects of the guest experience.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Hospitality industry in the Full Service category.
- Hilton experienced a plus.
- Proven track record in driving service scores and effectively managing expenses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
