About the Role

Lead Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects.

Drive Business Development
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Expand brand presence across the Columbus region and surrounding markets.
Partner with marketing and operations to support promotions and strategic initiatives.

Manage Sales Operations
Oversee forecasting, reporting, and overall sales performance.
Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs to drive efficiency and results.
Implement and refine sales processes to maximize productivity.

Lead & Develop the Sales Team
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results‑oriented team culture.

Enhance Customer Relationships
Serve as a senior relationship manager for key accounts.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.
Gather client feedback and collaborate internally to meet business needs and identify upsell opportunities.

Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with leadership and other departments to align strategies.
Provide insights on customer trends and market activity to support business planning.

Requirements

Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, including new business development and client account management.

Strong Business Development background with the ability to secure new partnerships.

Excellent customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a successful sales team.

Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of the hospitality industry and regional markets is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.
