Why This Role Is Different
You’re the architect of growth: You’ll fully own assigned segments, with a laser focus on new business and the extended stay market development for the hotel.
You’re a strategic partner: Work hand-in-hand with the General Manager, Regional Revenue Manager, and Director of Sales to unleash the property’s revenue potential.
You’re empowered: Your ideas matter. You’ll help shape sales action plans, execute creative promotions, and influence the hotel’s market share.
What You’ll Do
Lead the charge: Handle inquiries, craft winning proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
Smash targets: Book business that exceeds monthly room revenue goals—and celebrate every win.
Be a connector: Build relationships with local organizations, chambers, sports commissions, and more.
Leverage tech: Use cutting-edge sales management systems and prospecting tools to maximize revenue.
Stay curious: Monitor market trends, attend industry events, and never stop learning.
Requirements
Hospitality sales experience: You’ve sold for brands like Marriott, Hilton, Best Western, IHG, or similar. Extended Stay experience highly desirable.
Relationship builder: You love networking and thrive in a team environment.
Analytical mindset: You can spot opportunities and back them up with financial analysis.
Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Delphi.fdc, STS, etc.).
Driven & adaptable: You’re a self-starter with a “can do” attitude and a hunger for growth.
